With over 50 years of combined ministry experience, Stacey and I are committed to adding value to everyone we work with. Having worked on staff with some incredible churches (Dream City Church, formerly known as Phoenix First Assembly & Oaks Church) and some excellent leaders! Stacey and I are excited to announce that we are now a part of the It Works Global corporate team. It Works is a faith-based health and wellness company based in Bradenton, Florida. I am now the VP of Leadership Development and Give Back Foundation. Stacey is the Senior VP of Field Development. We are honored to be a part of a company that has changed our lives for the better!

ABOUT US
Pastor Joey loves his family, leadership, books, West Texas, coffee, movies, and technology. He has served in full-time vocational ministry for over 25 years. He is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. He has served in many capacities throughout his ministry, including Executive Pastor, Executive Next Gen Pastor, Kids Pastor, Discipleship Director, School Assembly Director, Church Planter, Camp Speaker, and Starbucks Store Manager. Joey’s goal is to add value and genuinely show interest in everyone he meets. He received his Master's in Religious Education and Bachelor's in General Ministry from West Coast Bible College and Seminary. His most significant accomplishments are leading his daughters to the Lord and getting his wife to marry him. He has been married to Stacey Alcala for over 20 years and is a father to two beautiful daughters, Aly and Isa. Pastor Joey resides in Waxahachie, Texas, and most recently served as the Executive Next Gen Pastor at Oaks Church in Red Oak, Texas. His wife, Stacey, and he have founded Alcala Ministries Inc., which focuses on marriage and family ministry, speaking, consulting, and coaching.
